Keep every employee profile, attendance record, leave balance and payroll run in the same ERP your team uses for bookings. Mark daily attendance by shift, plan leave on a calendar, approve requests from one inbox and generate payroll that already reflects attendance, overtime and salary advances.
TravelSuite ERP includes HR software built for travel agencies. Each employee has a profile with employee ID, designation, employment type, joining date, status and login access, so the same record controls both HR details and access to the ERP. Branches, departments, designations, employment types and salary grades are set once in HRM settings.
Attendance is recorded daily with check-in, check-out, worked hours and overtime, and each day carries a status such as present, late, half day, work from home, on leave, holiday or week off. A monthly sheet shows the whole team at a glance, and shift assignments decide working hours and weekend days for each employee.
Leave is planned on a calendar or timeline with leave balances per employee, and the holiday calendar marks company holidays for the year. Leave requests, attendance corrections and salary advance requests all arrive in one Requests and Approvals inbox, where HR approves or rejects them with a clear status for every request.
Payroll runs on a monthly, weekly or biweekly cycle. Before generating a draft, the system flags employees with zero salary, missing payment methods and approved advances. Each run moves from draft to pending approval, approved and paid, with payslips and salary adjustments alongside, and HR reports cover headcount, attendance, leave, payroll and requests.
Mark daily attendance with check-in, check-out, worked hours and overtime, then review the whole month at a glance. Shifts and weekend days decide what counts as a week off.
