Reports and analytics for travel agencies

TravelSuite ERP includes reports and analytics built for travel agencies. Dashboard Analytics gives an executive summary of revenue, bookings, new customers and blended margin, with monthly performance, revenue by module, quick stats, year-on-year growth, weekly booking activity and top destination countries. Every analytics report has a period selector and an export option.

The Sales Report follows enquiries through quotations, follow-ups, accepted proposals and confirmed bookings to paid and closed, and shows the channel mix, a month-on-month comparison and top performing packages with units, revenue and margin. The Booking Report covers weekly volume, status distribution, results per module and booking lead time.

The Customer Report shows segments such as new, returning, high-value, corporate and agent-referred customers, lifetime value by segment, acquisition sources, geographic spread and top customers by revenue. The Revenue Report compares actual revenue with target, breaks revenue down by module and payment method, builds a profit bridge to net profit and projects the next three months.

Staff Performance compares each staff member's customers, bookings, booking value, proposals and quotations, activity and module results such as lead conversions, completed tasks, resolved tickets and closed conversations. Finance adds a profit and loss report, and modules such as CRM, visa, Hajj and Umrah, conversations, support tickets, tasks and HR each have their own reports.
